Lang shares a few insights into how he sees and experiments with natural light.<\/p>\n<p>All shots in this series are taken with the iPhone 4S using <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/procamera\/id694647259?pt=949580\/appstorect=appstore\/appstoremt8\/appstoreuo=4\/appstoreat=11laV7\">ProCamera<\/a> for precise focus and exposure control.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Shooting models with an iPhone is a great way to learn portraiture. The iPhone has no (optical) zoom, and the flash is useless. It forces you to move and adapt. I\u2019m looking forward to taking the lessons learned and applying it to candid and street portraiture.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1. Dappled light can work, but ensure the eyes are lit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.procamera-app.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/ProCameraBlog03.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4110\" title=\"ProCameraBlog03\" src=\"https:\/\/www.procamera-app.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/ProCameraBlog03-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>2.
